Software Engineers – Java
1. At least 3 years JAVA /J2EE programming experience
2. Working knowledge of object-oriented development principles
3. Understanding of at least one object-oriented analysis and design notation and
paradigm such as UML (knowledge of Rational Rose modeling tool a plus)
4. Proficient in JAVA/J2EE, preferably with experience in Struts, Spring and/or Hibernate Technologies
5. Extensive experience with GUI programming on Windows 95/98/NT, HP UX, Solaris, AIX, SCO UNIX
6. Proficiency and working experience in RDB programming methods and idioms for SQL
(RDBMS such as Oracle, Informix, preferably with PL/SQL programming experience)
7. Familiarity with standard protocols (TCP/IP,HTTP, FTP), CORBA and/or exposure to ERP packages
(SAP, Oracle, etc.) a plus

Quality Assurance Engineers
1. At least a year experience on QA/Testing (or a Senior QA)
2. Can easily grasp the knowledge of the application in a short period of time (fast learner)
3. Good in writing test cases (test scripts)
4. Good communication skills (written & verbal)
5. Keen to details/analytical
6. Can work well within a team (team player)
7. Can work fast in a short period of time (OT is expected and/or even weekends/holidays)
8. Plus Factor (but not mandatory):
9. Have tested a financial application is a plus
10. Familiar with TD is a plus

EDI Analysts
1. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or IT-related course
2. At least 2 years IT work experience
3. Prior programming experience
4. Knowledge in EDI and Supply Chain is a plus
5. Strong Business Analysis
5. Investigative. Likes activities that involve thinking, organizing and understanding.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Effective time management skills
8. Strong team player
9. Can work under minimum supervision
10. Willing to be on call beyond normal working hours and on weekends

EDI Quality Assurance Engineers
1. Quality Assurance on Software Business Application development experience
2. Experience analyzing Business Requirements for software projects
3. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Experience performing QA on Internet based applications
5. Knowledge of Supply Chain software
6. Working knowledge of QA software methodologies and tools
7. Strong background in developing detailed software test plans
8. Knowledge of web stress testing tools like Web Load
9. Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience
10. Knowledge of Multi-Generation project/product systems

EDI Developers
1. Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
